When I create a new user, is there any way to automatically assign an authorization?

    Hi metehandanyal,

    Next to the suggestions from Martin and Nikolaj to use automatic role assignment, you can also consider using the Entra ID integration. I wrote a blog about this a while ago when Entra ID was named Azure AD: How to use Azure Active Directory for managing users and security in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Dynamicspedia
     
    In addition, I contributed to an open source project where you can use the Entra ID integration as input for automatic role assignment: Enhanced Entra ID group integration in D365FO Admin Toolkit - Dynamicspedia

    Martins suggestion is the right one for this type of scenario.
     
    If you want to assign the same role to every single user in the application, then setup an automatic assignment rule for the role in question. 
    There is even a standard query for "Select all users". 
     
    Make sure that the batchjob "Automatic role assignment" runs with whatever frequency you this is suitable,. Then it will assign the role to every user when the batchjob runs.

    Users Information and Security Roles are System documentation Tables. I think we can't automatically assign the Security role to User using X++.

    Yes, security role. 
     
    I create a new security role.  I want, when  active a new user, the securiy role automatically assign the user.

    Do you mean to assign a security role? If so, there is a standard feature for it - see Manage users and security roles > Automatically assign users to roles. You could also develop something custom.
