40Hi There,
I have a requirement to build a business application which may have Account Management, Contact Management, Activity Management, Appointments, Emails, Text Messaging, Optionally Whatsapp updates. I want to redistribute this to many business on subscription. I want my subscribers' customers to interact over a portal as authenticated or anonymous users and do things like - manage their profile, have a look at their Customer 360, book appointments to the service provider. Also I want the service providers to have one app and their customers to have another app.
What is the best way to go about it? Shall I go with PowerApps portal on top of CDS and have the mobile apps built in React Native or Shall I buy basic Dynamics365 license and build the portal and apps on top of it? Or should I go ahead with Power Platform altogether?
