Hey, I'm up to purchase customer care software for our newly launched commercial website. It has been a month since we have begun our operations, within this short span we are getting good responses from all over California. Maybe the pandemic has impacted us positively to get more clients, as we are an online food and grocery store.
We have been running a grocery store for the past 10 years without even having an updated website. However, we decided to utilize the Covid-19 scene productively and thus opened an online store as an experiment!
Now we need an easy-to-use software, as most of us are a little away from the technical stuff. I would be grateful if you could suggest me a simple customer care app with quick and powerful customer support ticket management system.
We have been using Microsoft Sharepoint for document management, so it would be easier for us to practice any Sharepoint app. Thinking that way, I got referred to dock365's Sharepoint customer support app, I had the opportunity to try their demo but thought of taking some expert advice before falling into it.
