I was reading about the Unified Interface and the article mentions that Templates are read only. Does anyone know what this entails? In my Unified Interface (Customer Engagement) sandbox, I see Word templates available and the ability to download/upload them so I'm not sure what the document is alluding to.

Template is a collection of entities:
docs.microsoft.com/.../template-entities
These had legacy forms to create/edit and are not yet available in de Unified Interface.
