I am trying to sync to a mailing list on Campaign Monitor using Zapier when a new contact is created. When this triggers I need to get the company name for the contact however it cannot pull lookup fields. So I need to get the Company Name copied to a text field so this text value can be synced across. I have exhausted my abilities in Business Rules and wondering if someone can kindly lend a hand with this question.

Create a new text field. Create a real time workflow which triggers on create of contact and change of company name field for contact. Within the workflow, use Update step and update the contact, under properties, select the value from Account Name field.
