Hello i have on-premise Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition 7.2 environment as Platform update 12 but now is version 7.3 with PU12. Is it possible to transfer databases from the previous version to a new one? I did this test unfortunately after this incident AX was showing some errors all the time.
The entire upgrade has passed successfully, but now I can not activate any mpos. When i trying login as my provisioning admin user during activation MPos then i got error: "DA1018: The authorization token issuer is invalid. Ad identity provider with a matching issuer was not found in the system." i changed provisioning admin to other but still is problem.
Ahh yes onebox environment ;] I apologize for the misunderstanding.
So it's not an on premises environment but a onebox environment? Then I suggest you check this documentation: docs.microsoft.com/.../upgrade-data-to-latest-update
Ok but this environment is Platform releases VHD, is not connected with LCS. In Software deployable packages i don't see Dynamics 365 Unified Operations - Platform Update 12 with version 7.3
I think you have to go through the upgrade process, which will (as far as I know) also upgrade the database: docs.microsoft.com/.../apply-updates-on-premises
