    Hi Naveen,

    1. If you have users who are running Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook, in addition to installing Language Pack on the computer running Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server, you must also install the same Language Packs on the computer where CRM for Outlook is installed.

    2. You must run Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions Setup on a computer that has a supported version of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services installed.

    3. Yes.

    4.  Report Authoring Extension is an optional feature that can be installed on a computer that has Microsoft Visual Studio for creating and customizing fetch-based reports.

    Hope it helps.

    BR,

    Judy

Hi, Do you use Dynamics CRM on premises?

If so, download Microsoft Dynamics 365 Update 2.2 from Microsoft Download center. Click Download, and then select the file you want to download from the list.

    The download link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56131&ranMID=24542&ranEAID=TnL5HPStwNw&ranSiteID=TnL5HPStwNw-dYafPYr1SEJe89WEhYSrSg&tduid=(ccb60394556acb1d8578a0b6a1d022a9)(256380)(2459594)(TnL5HPStwNw-dYafPYr1SEJe89WEhYSrSg)()

To install this update, do one of the following:

    • To start the installation immediately, click Run.
    • To save the download to your computer for installation later, click Save.

Important: The language pack must be installed before you can apply the update for that language pack. Download and install a language pack at Microsoft Dynamics 365 Language Packs.

    Hope it helps.

    BR,

    Judy
