    Hi partner,

Unfortunately, there is currently no OOB features to track "acceptance" or "Rejection" in CRM.

This feature belongs to Outlook and is not currently integrated with CRM.

You may need to use Microsoft Flow or write a plugin.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao

    Hi Dynamics@CRM,

If my understanding is correct , you would like to create a automatic flow after the appointment approved.

From D365 BPF/Worflow, I didn't find the trigger to trace whether the appointment is approved. If there's any solution pls kindly suggest me.

While you could use the approval flow to do any operation after any/every participants approve by different Approval Type.

    Hope the above would help.

    Regards

    Johnny

    Hi partner,

You could use the Appointment in Dynamics 365 to initiate a meeting.

There are several ways to create an appointment:

    1. Quickly create

Click on the "+" in the upper right corner and select Appointment.

    2. In the Activity list

Go to Sales or Service or Marketing > Activities, click the Appointment button in the command bar.

    3. In the ACTIVITIES of the customer form.

    4. In the Service Calendar

When you want to send the Appointment, click the Save button.

After a while, the appointment participants will receive an email with the invitation to the meeting.

When they accept the invitation to the meeting, you will receive a reminder email. Then you can perform some action in D365.
