We've been asked by our audit to supply a list of batch jobs and their creation / modification date. How is best to do this please?

    There many tables to store all actions on batch jobs.
    e.g.
    Table : BatchJob
    select * from Batchjob

    Depending on how much detail you need, you could use this list, add all available columns to it and export to Excel.

    You can consider using DMF's export function. You can refer to this official document: Data management overview - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This article describes how you can use the data management framework to manage data entities and data entity packages in finance and operations.

    Hi SarahF,
    You can either use batch job for on UI and add required feild and add required filter (if needed) and then export to excel.
    Alternative, is to use table browser to have this as table view with all existing fields and then export to Excel (D365FOurl/?mi=SysTableBrowser&TableName=BatchJob&cmp=DAT&limitednav=true&lng=en-us)
