Hello,
I ;can't confirm a test sale order in D365 F&O
This button is greyed in the Pane /Action/. Where can I set up this ?

    Hi,
    Check if any customization has been done to this? Also, check that the type on the sales order is "Journal". Orders of journal type cannot be confirmed. Check if 'enable order completion' in call center is disabled.

    In the sales order header, check the order type. This must be other than "Journal"

    Can you please share screenshot of this? also as suggested go to header and check the type , it should be sales ordre
     
    To default tis to sales order type you can define this in setup > parameters
