According to Mobile Offline being available in the next quarter. Any detailed news on that or where to keep looking at in terms of when it will be available, how to sign up (if needed to be signed up for), etc.?

Any detailed news for the latest release functions would be accessed from Docs.
Currently there's only following old Guide on configuring mobile offline which could be for your reference.

I think we need to wait for while if we need the latest Introduction on next quarter's mobile offline function.
