How to configure Dynamics 365 Online vanilla installation?

Hi,

I'm new to the Dynamics CRM 365 and I want to set up a online instance for my organization.
How to do this step by step, any help on this highly appreciated in advance.

Wow - that's a very big question!!

I would suggest that you start learning about how the Dynamics 365 subscription model works here - technet.microsoft.com/.../jj679903.aspx

Then you can start with the SDK in order to learn how to customise - msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh547453.aspx
