I am creating a workflow which uses a email template (Dynamics 356 on-premises) I the workflow designer I want to add a custom field from the lead entity in Regarding text box of the email.
I clicked the regarding text box and selected dynamic values from Form Assistant , select operator set To, Look for Lead. When I try to select the list of field from field list box the customer field is not available and noticed that only a limited number for fields available there. Another thing noticed was most of the fields available was lookup type. What I need to do to get my custom field in the list and use in email ?
First of all publish your custom field customizations.
As Regarding is a lookup field, so it will show you the lookup fields in the "Look For" Options.
I think you should save and close the workflow and try doing the same steps in a new browser.
