How to setup collaboration workspace for project management?

Hello,

I am looking into setting up collaboration workspace for the project management module in D365 finance and operations. The purpose is to allow users to create a sub-site on sharepoint online, for each project. For each department in the organization, we have a site collection on sharepoint. So they each have their own unique URL and template(s). This is where my questions relates to. I am only able to setup two instances, one for busniess area 'All', and another one with business area 'Project'. See the screenshot below:

As Is have all these site collections, I was hoping to setup/configure a setting for each department/site collection, of type/busniess area 'Project'. This enables us to use different templates on sharepoint, configured for each site collection.

Am I limited in setting up just one instance of eacht business area? My aim is:
