Is there latest documentation available on CDMEntityReference?

I found one such word document but it is dated May 2017. It does not have Healthcare entities added in 2018.

I got below link when I search Google for CDMEntityReference document-

Is there any newer version of this document or similar doc providing ER diagram of healthcare entities. It would be great help. Thanks in advance.
