When the VOC survey is created, it generates a Survey link which is active indefinitely.
Is there a way or approach to configure the validity of the survey link?
Say, for example, a customer selects the survey link after 3 months, he should get a notified as "Sorry! Survey expired".
Could you please outline the best and worst case scenarios? We have many survey links which calculate the DSAT score, so if the user replies back after 4-5 months it wont be good. We need the validity period to be 7 days.

Hi,
You can try to use Close date of the survey, you can run workflow on the survey response, where you can check if workflow execution date is after 7 days of the close date. Not sure this will help you but just and idea !
