Is there a time limit on reserving a product? I reserved an item a year ago and it seems the reservation has disappeared. Where can I check the history on all reservations that have been made for an item? I went to the reservation entry table and it seems that this only shows current reservations, not a history of all reservations made to that item.
There is not time limit on the reservation. somebody must have cancelled the reservation and there is no history to show for the reservations, once you reserve an item,ship and invoice the entries are deleted.
There is no standard process of cancelling the reservations in the system, unless you have customized some e.g. batch process for that. Thus, it is most likely someone had cancelled the reservation. Also, if you had not setup anything additional, there is no option to track who had cancelled the reservation; but, it might be the case that you had by chance a setup of tracking the changes, and you can search for it in the change log for reservation info.
