I've a question regarding the connection between Nav 2009 r2 and Dynamics CRM Online. I want to connect NAV 2009 r2 to a test-deployment of Dynamics CRM Online. I tried to connect to Dynamics CRM online using the Connector for Microsoft Dynamics v2.1.317.1 and the latest version. The 2.1.317.1 version rejects my authentification attempt with the following message, I can assure you that the entered user information is correct:
Using the CRM 2011 Adapter I was atleast able to retrieve the organization, however I still get this error:
I also tried the latest Connector version and it doesn't even display the CRM online adapter as an option, only the crm 2011 and NAV adapter. I tried to connect with the crm 2011 adapter and got the same error message as displayed in the second picture.
I'm aware that the latest connector version isn't compatible with NAV 2009 r2, however I need to find a way to connect the systems. Do you have any suggestions/ideas?
