Emails created from NAV, on either Sales or Purchase side, are creating corrupt mail messages in Outlook 2016. The form itself goes haywire, strange text boxes appear and the user is unable to do anything.
This is happening to multiple users, all on Outlook 2016 (Office 365) / Win 10 using NAV 2015. Started in the past few days.
If the user saves the email as a draft and reopens it, it works fine. Sending an SO confirmation email direct from NAV works fine.
How are you creating emails from NAV ? do you have customization or are you using standard Print & Send functionality.
Standard P & S. Was working fine till the other day and at least 6 users having same issue.
