We are using nav 5.0, our scenario is Customer will walk-in to our counter, he will pay cash for his order and immediately we are generating the Sales invoice handover to him. Later few days, after product is ready he will come back for collection.
For collection, customer will show the sale invoice paper, we will handover the product. As of now, Delivered information we are keeping in manual way by writing in books and in sale invoice will stamp as delivered.
Now i want to remove the book and automate the Delivery info i.e status and timestamp in nav 5.0. Can you advise how to achieve this? And also advise reporting.
