Is it any option when we process the eft payment can we see customer account is hold, in that way we can open the account.
Because, the customer has made a payment, but the account is still on hold. because we are not noticing till get remittance. Thanks
I am not seeing an option where we display if the customer is on hold. I am thinking you could create a customization for this.

Create a customization in a way that when you are doing an EFT payment, check if the Customer is on Hold, if yes then Open the Customer Account and then go ahhead with the uusual processing.

Create a Boolean field in your customer as 'On Hold' and check your condition or process your requirement according to that field value.
