As I go through a job and post all line items through Job Planning Lines, I see some jobs actual never get posted due to operator error. I want to print a report of all UNPOSTED jobs so I can run an audit to ensure jobs are being processed.
How can I achieve this? Thanks!
Hi dpayne1022 ,
If you go through the Job and look in the Job task line you will see two columns which tell you the how was the lines posted with the total amount see the image.
But if you there are some planning lines left to be posted due to some error, in that case you have some standard report to be checked, but specifically you have to customize the report according to need.
As Nitin noted, look at the Job Lines and the Billable vs. Invoiced to see what has not been processed or large differences to investigate. These Unposted jobs do you mean that entries or journals not posting? Not knowing the source, a custom report would be a solution or you can create, possibly, a Jet Report.
Your Partner should be able to create the report for you, after supplying source.
Hope this helps.
