Hi, I upgraded to SL v7 in August 2009 and also started using Health Savings Accounts for some employees. I setup the HSA earnings to track deposits(for W-2 box 12) our company makes into employee HSA accounts with an AP check. I found that this earnings is showing up on 941 reports, which I don't want it to.
I currently have the earnings set as:
Earnings type: Regular
Contributes to net pay: unchecked
Exclude from disposable earnings: unchecked
The W-2 tab is setup and tracking correctly, I just need know how to exclude it from Quarterly reports and W-2's except for Box 12.
