Hi All,
I've launched a survey three weeks ago, where it collected answers since then. Last week , I checked the answers (export functionality) and they were downloaded seamlessly. Then today, when I wanted to download a new set, out of nowhere, I started receiving a failure message identifying CustomerVoice can't export the survey answers (screen shot provided below)
- I didn't move (or delete obviously) the survey
- no new projects created
- no deadline for the survey completion is set
What I tried:
- signed-out/signed-in - no change
- cleared the cache / launched the survey from an incognito browser - no change
- different computer - no change
Any thoughts?
