we are currently running a pilot for PSA however the teams have been experiencing > 5 min load times for the time sheets. Has anyone else experienced similar performance issues?
There's about 15 people taking part in the pilot so i don't think its a lot of people trying to access the same thing at the same time.
They did mention they had their browser open with PSA open and inactive for a long period. Can this have an impact?
This is PSA V3
No. of users using the system isn't an issue here. Is this being faced by everyone?
Can you try with another browser?
Finally, try opening a ticket with Microsoft.
We have also performance issue, but for loading Schedule board. Microsoft suggest us to use the latest version of chrome: www.google.com/.../
Maybe this will help you too.
On a side note, you can also check your network latency for D365 using this Diagnostic Tool -
Hope this helps.
Opening time sheets should be fairly fast. I'd try different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge (Chromium)) to start with.
