Public view can not set as default view in lookup field in dynamic 365 unified interface ? so how to achieve this ?
Public view can set as default view in lookup field in dynamic 365 unified interface, only personal view can't do it.
So the default view you want to set is a personal view?
In the view selection list, all views above "My Views" are public views, and below "My Views" are personal views.
Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System, go to the entity and open the form editor.
Click the lookup field then click "Change Properties". Change the "Default View".
Save and publish.
The personal view can only be accessed by one user, so it cannot be set as the default view to the lookup field.
The default view needs to be accessed by all users, so it can only be set to the public view.
So only convert the personal view to a public view so that it can be set to the default view of the lookup field.
