Hello! I had a question in regards to Mobile Offline Profiles. I have everything setup in terms of the entities enabled for Mobile Offline and have created a Mobile Offline Profile with the Mobile Offline Profile Items (Opportunity, Company, Notes, etc.) the profile is published and I am able to successfully test everything in Offline mode except for the Notes entity. When I go into a record offline I am getting the following message in the Timeline:
"Only Notes are available in offline mode. If you would like to view your other items, please reconnect to online mode when possible".
Furthermore - I am also unable to view Notes with Attachments as well. If anyone could please assist with a resolution to this, that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Can you try to use another Mobile OS and try to login there and check like If using Android try it in iOS.
Try reconfigure and check.
I do not have a different device available. I am currently using iOS. I tried to reconfigure on the App and still no luck - still getting the same result. "Only Notes are available in offline mode. If you would like to view your other items, please reconnect to online mode when possible" when accessing the timeline on the forms.
Hello, I'm facing the same problem. I have configured the Notes & Account entity to be available offline, but I can't see notes in the timeline of an account. I get the same warning message on iOS (running on supported version 13.4.1): Only Notes are available in offline mode. If you would like to view your other items, please reconnect to online mode when possible. This feature was included in the 2019 release wave 2 plan https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform-release-plan/2019wave2/microsoft-powerapps/enhanced-offline-capabilities-apps-dynamics-365-mobile-app
