The error code 0x80072562 is an InvalidApplicationUserUpdate error. You cannot update the ApplicationUser with an ID value of 3bd99f43-a70c-49da-9378-6e15c2dee59d. If you scroll down the rest of the error text you will receive an explanation.
Understood Adrian but it's crazy. Cannot work like that. This type of error making the app unproductive. I am unable to use the D365 App for Outlook because my email is not approved. Thanks for helping, have a good day.
As already answered by Adrian, this error is associated to an update not allow for application user (ready only).

I Am unable to move forward w/o taking care of the user's email with pending approvals. They must be approved. I must test run email addresses. My email keeps failing test and run. Am the administrator.
