Before migrating to Dynamics, we were using a newsletter solution (in Joomla) backed with an SMTP service so that our email blasts wouldn't produce any black list issues. Given the fact that our current email list may produce a high bounce rate as it hasen't been sorted for a long time and that such a service helps a lot in avoiding the Spam folder, I am thinking of using it in Dynamics as well.
Apart from the setup issues (which are a lot [emoticon:ca08b2c27c2f40e993e89508acf29e0b]), I was wondering what other users do avoid being black listed? Do you have such issues and if so how do you manage?
All views will be much appreciated...
There is no OOTB solution to avoid the email addresses being added into a black list at the moment in Dynamics. Most of the time, the problem of emails being blocked can only be solved by setting the corresponding Junk Email Options in the recipient's email client.
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
