Trigger power Automate Flow on update of Activity(task, email, appoinment) and status should be completed
You should try with Entities as Task/ Email/Appointment insted Activites.
And then a condition with Status check as weather it is completed or not based on Status.
Though you can add Activity entity to the trigger of the flow directly, the flow is not triggering at all, and following error will appear if you try to run it.
Error:"Creating a callback registration on entity type activitypointer is disallowed"
So you can't create trigger for entity activity pointers. It is a set of entity collection that are activity types. This is by design.
So you need create individual flows for each activities.
Solved: When an activity is assigned - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
Even though you can select Activities in trigger of the flow, the flow will not trigger on the update of Tasks, Emails, Appointments, etc. since CRM treats them as separate entities.
You would have to register separate flows for each one of the activity entities. And the trigger would look like this:
Hope this helps.
