When some of our uses try to qualify a lead to an opportunity, they get the below error.
I found, by troubleshooting, that the error relates to a field on Account. But does any of you know how to identify the related field? To optimize the trouble shooting process?
Thank you in advance for your feedback.
Hello Heidi Godiksen,
if you get error details try downloading and see the field name. Else Go to settings --> Customization --> Customize the system --> Expand Entities --> Expand Lead --> Click on Relationship --> Open Lead to Opportunity Relationship --> Click on Mappings and Check the Field Mappings and Field length are same.
Its a boring work but as per my knowledge no other way. Lets wait for Others Suggestion too:)

And thank you for your feedback.
I did go through the different field lengths and made sure they were the same.
I also downloaded the Error details and there were no field name mentioned either. That was why I hoped there might be a way to identify the exact field.
