When the first time i created a worker for approving the BOM, i cannot create a second worker/employee anymore.
I tried to create the worker via path "Human resources->Common->Workers->Workers", i filled all the mandatory fields, but i cannot "Hire a new worker".
i check the configuration key for the human resource module, the "Pesonnel Actions" is not checked, not sure if this feature has impact on creating the worker/employee
(Notes: one record already existed with the id "000001", the new one used the same ID which i think it should be the point)
The personnel actions is not required for creating new employees.
If the number '000001' has already been used, the number sequence is set to continuous or someone changes the field Next on the number sequence.
Your post does not mention the number sequence used. It can be related to the worker number sequence itself. Check the next number on the sequence. If this is '2'or higher you have to see if there is a free number with value '000001'. It is possible to disable the continuous option on this worker sequence to prevent new issues. Usually continuous is only used for vouchers and invoice numbers.
