I hope you can help me. One of our users just imported an order only to find out it had the wrong serial number, there is a Ñ in front of the numbers which shouldn't be there.
In an attempt to remove the faulty serials from the system she then tried to pick the line using the same ASCII. This gave us the following error:
This error would have me believe there is something wrong with the ASCII file. But if this is the case how would we be able to use the same ASCII file to register the goods in the first place? As the ASCII itself hasn't changed. Could this perhaps be caused by the Ñ character in front of the serial?
There was a reservation on these goods but we have removed it before (and after) attempting to pick the goods. This did not help and gave the same error.
Thank you for any and all information you are able to provide in regards to this subject.
Never mind, already solved the faulty serial numbers by renaming them in the serial numbers form so the issue is no longer ongoing.
