There is a requirement for us to configure Workflow Approval via Email in Ax2012 R3.
We have an Azure Account, however an Azure subscription and support plan needs to be purchased.
It will be great help, if any of you could suggest the pricing option or the exact subscription to be purchased, from the attachment. If this is not the correct place to avail the subscription, kindly guide.
The price obviously depends on the number of requests. When you have an estimate, you can use pricing calculator.
If you don't have any subscription, pay-as-you-go plan will be a good starting point. If you still can use a trial, you can start use email approvals and actually measure the numbers/cost.

It would be a great help if you could shed some light on the approx. cost, if I choose Pay as you go when my usage could be around 500 messages
If you mean Service Bus messages, the cost of mere 500 message is negligible. You can find details in Service Bus Pricing.
