I've developed a simple Dynamics AX 2009 Web User Control in Visual Studio 2008. It is working correctly when I add it to a Dynamics AX web part page in Visual Studio and run the page from Visual Studio 2008.
However, when I add it to the Enterprise Portal from Sharepoint through <Site Actions> <Create> <Web Part Page> as a <Dynamics User Control Web Part> I receive a:

The event log says:
An unexpected error has occurred.Object reference not set to an instance of an object.System.NullReferenceException at Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Portal.UI.WebControls.AxGroup.Page_LoadComplete(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.EventHandler.Invoke(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Page.OnLoadComplete(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)
What might be the problem?

So Morten, if you have any solution or suggesion then plz help me out.....
I experienced the same problem.
The solution was to copy the AxGroup control into the AxForm control.
I had the same problem, i uninstalled all AX-components on the EP server, reinstalled them again, update all to SP1 and kernel rollup and problem was fixed. I think the Template files in the 12 hive were corrupt
Copying the Group Control into the form control worked for me as well.
