My question is about my Inventory is tally with General Ledger, only the report that I download from same Module (Inventory Management) not tally based on the Item Group and Inventory Dimension matter. Thanks
If there are differences over item groups, possibly someone changed the item group when there were already transactions posted on an item. If e.g. the receipt is on Inventory Raw and the issue on Inventory Finished, it is caused by changing the item group on the item which is not recommended if there is still on-hand.
If you need some more help, please also indicate what report you are using now.
Sorry,Can you try to explain in more general?Our current issues is when the user generate the Physical inventory by Item Group and Inventory Dimension report,the final amount of two report are not tally.If there got any setting cause these issues happen?
I think I misunderstood your question. You were talking about "not tally based on the Item Group and Inventory Dimension". So you need to provide some more background information to get proper answers. Also your latest reply is not descriptive enough. What parameters are you using for the reports? What setup of the inventory model is used?
1)This is the setting for Parameter in our inventory module.
2)This is the setting for Parameter in our inventory module
3)This is the setting for Inventory Model Group in our inventory module
Beside this we found the quantity also different from both report.
