The Go-Live process goes beyond getting the production environment ready and deploying the solution. It includes a variety of activities such as executing data migration and communication plans, completing training, finalizing testing, signing off on the solution, and onboarding users. Go-Live readiness includes all the key activities identified in the initial stages of the project and refined throughout the project to ensure a smooth go live. These activities encompass getting all required resources to get the solution ready for production and ensuring that end users are trained, engaged, and part of the process to drive adoption and stickiness to the new solution.
