In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 a new field type of composite field came out. This is a single field that appears on for form but when you click into it it pops out with multiple fields.
The user experience is fantastic but the disappointing thing about this field type is that it is only in place for certainly out of the box fields. We can't take advantage of this feature at this time for our custom fields. I hope that we will see in the future this functionality expanded out.
The entity and fields that use this are listed here at: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn481581.aspx
Bill To Address
Ship To Address
I hope you found this informative as composite fields don't always come up in more conversations around Dynamics CRM but it's important to know what they are!
I wish to add Autocomplete on Sales-> Account-> Contact section in CRM 365 .
In Contact section there are Address Filed[ this is "address1_composite"] , which contain country,State,Pincode and many more.
I wish to autocomplete on Key press of country.
I am trying but getting error "Cannot read property 'addOnKeyPress' of null".
Please help me out.
