Assign and Share buttons not shown

Hello,

after upgrade from CRM 2013 to CRM 2016 few entities are not showing share and assign button on hompage view and it is available on backend when i checked it through RibbonWorkBench Editor.

can anybody tell me what could be the reason and solution.

Hi Dogar,

It is happening for all the User or particular User in the CRM. If it is for particular User check their roles whether they are having "Share & Assign" permission"

i'm testing from admin user so no chance of role and rights

Select some records then these buttons will be visible.

Hello,

As suggested, select one or more records to show relevent buttons. In case, they don't show, then open the ribbon workbench and check the Hide action, they might be set to hidden, right click > unhide.

You can also check the display rule associated to these buttons, they might be something preventing them to display.
