I'm trying to understand the contract templates in detail.
What does the Allotment Type "Coverage Dates" mean exactly?I do not see any impact by chosing this option (different e.g. by using the entitlements with its amount of cases and hours...)
Second question:Does the calendar in the contract template have any impact?Also here the new SLAs with the spring break update are clear to me - but I do not understand the calendar in the contract template.
Any advice is highly appreciated...
