We have a crm server (with http) on which we have 5 organizations. Now we have to change one of the organization from HTTP to HTTPS (not all organization). Will that be possible?
Unfortunatly, bindings are done at website level. So you will not be able to restrict this . All organisations will have http and https available if you enabled bot hthe protocol.
This is not possible unless you create a new CRM deployment and migrate your organization to the new deployment. Once you have another website created you will be able to change the binding of that website to HTTPS.
You can not choose 1 organization only.
When you change from http to https, you change the whole site binding, which all of your CRM Organization occupied this, using the exactly same website, same port, in IIS you only have 1 CRM Web App.
Moreover, if you change to HTTPS, then you should set in the CRM Deployment Manager, which you only can set 1, not by Organization.
Hope this helps!
