we are on CRM 2011 on premise and are synchronizing e-mails via e-Mail router with smtp and pop3.
There is one queue, where since Jan 24th no emails have been processed. But,
- there are no errors or warnings for source mscrmemail in Event viewer
- a connection test works fine
- there are lots of e-mails in the pop3 Mailbox since Jan 24th
The treshold of this queue is set to Jan 24th in the systemstate.XML.
Actually I have no idea, why the e-mails for that queue are not processing, since before everything was working fine.
Any feedback what to further investigate would be highly appreciated ;)
Additionally in the incoming Profile currently a message expiration period of 48 hours is configured. If I'd like to reload all mails since Jan 14th, can I Change the message expiration period to 16 days (in sec.) and then the mails should be processed?
The next email in the pop3 Mailbox that hasn't been processed has an UTF-8 encoded subject (in the Header).
Maybe the email router has an issue with that?
