Hi All,We have an issue in reassigning the records to other user in any user record.
1. Login to CRM, Open any User record
2. We have a system button called "Re-assign Records" in the ribbon
3. I clicked on the button and re assigned the records from User A to User B
4. Its taking huge time to re-assign the records to user B which is more than an hour and the reassigning popup is not ending
Tried with test user account with less records to re assign but still the same issue.
Can anyone please help me on this?
I'm not sure what kind of issue do you face. Reassigning is a long process and obviously it could take much time because code has to go through all the entities (even those that are not used).
Are you facing this issue in online or onpremise ? and which crm version?

This issue is with on-premise CRM 2013 version.
Hi, If there are a lot of records to reassign it may very well take a while and you screen seems inactive. Do the records reassign by the next day? you can check by doing an advanced find on some of the users records, or using an entity chart to see if any records are still assigned to the user?
