I have lost all "active contacts" of my company.
I am not sure of what happened but it may be a wrong data-import manipulation.
What should to retrieve this data ?
Do you know if Microsoft provides a database "restore" service ?

If CRM Online - contact Microsoft CRM Support and open support ticket to restore database.
If On-Premise - SQL Server backup/restore process.
