Hi, i am facing the problem with email configuration. i done all configuration successfully. email sending local smtp, outgoing and incoming fine when try to send other smtp server like gmail not able to receive. i dont know what i done wrong, I tried all the ways but no use. please suggest me any solution. image showing outgoing configuration success.
Please perform the following Steps to enable the following Gmail settings to work with CRM;
1.- Enable POP/Imap ports in GMAIL (configuration/settings Forwarding and POP/IMAP)
2.- Security Checkup: Accounts and Import - Other Google Account settings
3.- Disable less secure apps www.google.com/.../lesssecureapps

Hi raz, Thanks for reply, still having the problem even though i changed settings in gmail. i opened event viewer
in server where Email Router installed.i seen following error.

Hi! Try to do a hard reset and then do a full router configuration http://www.routerstop.com/what-you-need-to-know-about-the-router-configuration/ especially pay attention to a web interface. I think you can find a solution in your router's web interface
I agreed but when i send email to gmail from outlook its working fine. but when sending crm webclient getting above error. so still i need to follow ur steps www.routerstop.com/what-you-need-to-know-about-the-router-configuration
