What is the recommended best practice to move from onsite CRM including ADX studio installed to CRM on Office 365?
We will be upgrading CRM onsite to a supported version of CRM prior to the move so do not worry about referring to that aspect.
We intend to keep ADX running locally onsite as the cloud version does not offer us the same functionality. ADX is a bit of a mess really for those of us who have purchased it prior to MS buying them out,
So do we strip ADX out of CRM before moving to Office 365? If so what is recommended by Microsoft?
Thanks. In terms of our existing onsite CRM, Should we try and remove ADX totally before we migrate to 365?
