I have edited the "All Sales Team Members" view and change the filter criteria sales to <My Custom> for this I create the Global Option set and add this into the Filter. But when I Added this view on the subgrid in Opportunity page the Role Drop-down is not Showing.
Unfortunately this is known behavior and nothing can be done.
The All Sales Team member subgrid (access team) is by default provided and has inline editing to select the role, and same is available on the StakeHolders subgrid on opportunity.
If you customize this view, Inline editing is lost and records are created using the normal forms.
I know this does not solve your issue, but if it answers your question, please mark this as verified answer.
