We are facing the below issue when we trying to upload documents into sharepoint from ms crm 2016. please check and do the needful
The first thing to check is whether you can reproduce this error logged in in both SharePoint and D365 as a system admin. If then it works fine, you could check the user's SharePoint permissions in the SharePoint library.

tried as a sysadmin in sp and d365. when i try to upload the same document in sharepoint direclty it is uploading but from crm it is not happening
OK, now we can rule out a security role setting. Could you please check if the document location in CRM is available and active? (Settings > Document Management > SharePoint Document Locations) Do you have a relative URL corresponding with the name of the library?
eveything is fine. even the relative url's are working fine when i try to browse normally. Am i missing anything here ?
- could you please upload the file via CRM to another location in SharePoint?
- could you please create another Excel file and upload it via CRM to the location where the problem occurred?
