When merging two records, I would like to retain some of the content, so merge the content as opposed to override
I am planning on changing an ID single line text field to IDs multi line text field, and when merging, I would look to keep both values but on a new line.
As far as I am aware, this can be achieved if I start making changes on CRM 2015, but I'd rather avoid doing such changes.
Are there any other ways of achieving this?
The only way I see is some custom merge dialog.
