Can you please give more details to it, what action you are trying to perform and when do you get this error
This is a generic error and it is pointing that user does not have correct/required privilege to perform the requested operation.
To get the exact missing privilege I would suggest you to Open Chrome developer Tool (Hit F12) and check network tab to get more details about the missing privileges.
